Anzac Dawn Parade

Billy along with other whanau leaders, students, teachers and parents attended the Dawn Parade. Billy will fill you in on all the details tomorrow. Thanks to Mrs Batchelor for the photo of the park.


We started off by marching through the town in a big group, then we got there and just looked around and we saw around 5000 people there so it is very hard to get a good view. Eventually we find a good view and we listen to the two National Anthems New Zealand and Australians. It was freezing but then the sun came out slowly so we were getting warmer. After the ceremony we went to Mrs J. and talked to her about our behavior and she said it was really good and so then we left.
