Innovation Immersion Exhibition

The teachers brought a whole lot artefacts to school and set up an exhibition in the school hall.  The idea was to show how different items had changed and developed over time to make them more efficient and user friendly.  Every class then went and viewed all the artefacts to launch them into learning about INNOVATION.  Some things had changed and made life easier for the user but at the same time created a dilemma, e.g. cloth nappies and disposable nappies.  Lots of children had never even see a cloth nappy before and didn't really know what they were.  Of course, the problem with disposable nappies is that they take a very long time to break down and are not good for the environment.  Here are some examples from the exhibit.
