In Room 15 we have been studying the concept of change through science. We have been learning about matter and how it changes. As well as the science (keep your eye out for our podcasts about what matter is and the changes of state - these will be posted later) we have been looking at change through art. Room 15 as well as all the other Senior Syndicate classes visited The Quarry Art Centre in Whangarei last month. We had a great time learning how to use clay to make pots, plates and other things. We had to wait for ages for our work to be dried in the kiln but most of us have our creations now.
