Religious Education

We have started the Sacrament strand in Religious Education and are focusing on healing.  We are learning that God heals people through others - our family, our friends, doctors and nurses as well as the medicine and treatments available.  We are learning that to be healthy is not just about our bodies being well but also includes our spirital, emotional, mental and social well-being.  As we move through the strand we will looking at the stories about Jesus and the people he healed as well as the Sacraments of Reconciliation and Anointing of the Sick.
