Whangarei Museum Trip

Last Tuesday we went to the Whangarei Museum to learn about systems and technologies from the recent past. We had a great day finding out about all sorts of systems - from communication to transport, education to agricultural. Did you know that you had to share the telephone with other people in your area in the olden days! Can you imagine that? We found out that some systems haven't really changed that much except for an improvement in the technology used.
