Pastel Art

A couple of weeks ago we looked at the artwork of a New Zealand artist called Dianne Vassey. After studying her style we had a go ourselves. We used simple lines and shapes with bright colours for maximum effect. We wanted our art to be about New Zealand so most of us also included a native tree or plant in our piece.
