We have had a great start to the year. We have already created a Learning Journal using Keynote, Comic Life, and Printshop which we will use throughout the year to reflect about our learning.
We are also learning to work together in our new space. As there is very little storage, please only bring what you need to school each day. It is really important that you have you PE gear everyday as we will need to get outside to stretch our muscles. Finn D, Brooke, Dillon, Ushil and a few others have already devised a fitness trail for us. They have created different versions for different purposes. I am looking forward to our first trial of the trail on Monday!
The focus for this term is " STORY" where we will explore the concept that everyone has a story to tell. In the Senior Syndicate we will be looking at Maori myths and legends as well as our story as a nation through the Treaty of Waitangi.
