How we made our awesome art work!

One cool day Mrs Smith came into our class to teach us. She said she was going to do some art with us! We were all really excited because we all love art. At first we didn't have a clue to what she was talking about but then we got it. So I'm going to tell you how to do it! So first of all, you need a big piece of black paper and a big piece of white paper. Then you need to choose the colours you want your name to be. Pastel or crayon is best. Also grab a pair of scissors and some glue. When you are all set up you need to get your crayons or pastels and do some stripes on your piece of white paper. The stripes should be at least a couple of centermeters long. When you have filled your white paper up with stripes fold it in half so it looks like a long rectangle. Then when you have done that write your name across the paper but the letters must be touching the fold. Do it in whatever font you want. Make sure your letters are touching. Then cut out your lettering. When cut out, unfold and then glue on the black paper.
