Fitness Challenge

Right from Week 1, we began a fitness challenge, where we set personal goals when completing two set challenges -
1.  How many times we could run the width of the hockey pitch in two minutes.
2.  How long it took to run a circuit that also included several burpees.
Everyone improved over the term with Maia setting the pace for the girls and Ben for the boys.
