Immersion - ANZAC Marching Parade
Kauri Whanau organised a marching parade in honour of the ANZAC solidiers. We all had to march to the beat to our designated place on the courts. We lowered the flag to the Last Post, marched in our positions to The Sons of Gallipoli, and sang our God Defend New Zealand when the flag was raised again. It was quite a feat to get the whole school out marching and Mrs Gunson (aka General Gunson) organised us with military precision.

This was a great immersion activity. Your marching was great. It looked like you were having fun.
