The Early Church

In Religious Education, we learned about life in the early church.  We knew things were very different back then.  After reading scriptures from Acts, we found out how things changed for those early followers of Jesus.  We looked at the lives of specific people and how most made big changes in their lives to spread the Good News of Jesus.  Paul, in particular, changed his name and went from persecuting the Christians to encouraging them to stay true and strong in their faith.
