Swimming

We have already had two lessons down at the Aquatic Centre in town.  We will be setting goals this week for the rest of our sessions.  As we are all at different stages, our goals will range from learning to float successfully to specific stroke development and everything in between.  Swimming is a great way to keep fit, which fits in with our concept Hauora.  Fitness is part of Physical Wellbeing or Taha Tinana.
