Ash Wedneday

Ash Wednesday signifies the start of Lent.  The whole school attended Mass last Wednesday where we all received the ashes.  Did you know the ashes used were made from the palms used last year on Palm Sunday?  We have made our Lenten Promises which are to help us become the best we can be.  Being part of the church helps with develop our Spiritual Wellbeing or Taha Wairua.
