Prayer and Fitness Programme

Every Wednesday and Thursday, Kowhai Whanau meet in the Prayer Garden to prayer together before we move on to a fitness rotation.   We think it is a great way to start the day.  When the weather is not so great, we meet in St Joseph.

The fitness programme is a mixed a cardio, strength, balance and brain gym exercises.  There are 15 stations in total, so we have 15 groups of students made up from each class in our whanau.

The photos below were taken when we had to be inside.  The whole whanau meditated before starting the fitness rotation.
